A calming and tranquil meditative experience designed to support the rebalancing of your inner state. During this 1-hour Sound Bath, Earthly Elevation carefully entwines guided meditation, breath work and a range of vibrational frequencies to create harmonious sounds and sensations. The experience will be an invitation to embrace a deep state of relaxation and bask in the benefits of its nourishment.

All attendees will need:

• Water bottle to stay hydrated,
• Yoga/mat to lie on,
• Pillow for comfort
• Optional blanket or/cover over
• Optional eye mask
