Dining At Nevill Holt
The Garden by Maison François
World-class entertainment deserves world-class food. Nevill Holt Festival is once again thrilled to partner with Maison François to present The Garden Restaurant. Opened in 2021 by François O’Neill, Ed Wyand and Executive Chef, Matthew Ryle, Maison François is a critically and culinary acclaimed brasserie in the heart of St. James in London’s West End. Its consistently delicious food and immaculate service continue to pack out the impressive dining room from morning to night with a who’s who of London’s movers and shakers.
The options below, including both our Summer Menu and A La Carte, are available to pre-book now. We look forward to welcoming you for what promises to be one of the highlights of the Nevill Holt Festival 2026.

CUBITT HOUSE X ENDLESS LUNCH
Cubitt House Eats with Ana Ortiz 6th June
Hosted by Cubitt House Chef Director Ben Tish alongside Ana Ortiz, Co-Founder of Fire Made cooking equipment, this is all about cooking over flame, the way it should be. Honest heat, bold flavour and generous plates laid out for the table. A welcome drink sets the pace before the afternoon settles into a long countryside gathering shaped by good food and even better company.
Cubitt House X Mirabeau Endless Lunch 13th June
Led by Cubitt House Chef Director Ben Tish, this Cubitt House X Mirabeau Endless Lunch brings the spirit of Provence to our table, the Cubitt way. Wood fire cooking, generous platters and long tables made for settling in.
A glass of Mirabeau rosé in hand, something sizzling over flame and friends passing plates of Wild Bream Crudo and BBQ Prime Rib with Salsa Verde. It begins with a welcome pour and unfolds into an afternoon of wine, good food and that unmistakable buzz when a table is truly in full swing.
Sun-soaked in spirit, rooted in proper hospitality. Endless, as it should be.
